Complex products, designed and built as a team.

I work as part of teams, either through agencies or embedded directly in startups, alongside founders, product managers, art directors, developers and CTOs. Lately, mostly on complex web apps in finance, from DeFi to institutional private credit, and on B2B SaaS.

My scope covers benchmarking, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, visual identity, design systems and developer handoff, up to coded components and working prototypes. I work iteratively, with regular reviews to discuss decisions.

AI is now part of every step of my work. But however capable it is, it lacks intent. That's exactly my role: setting the intent, framing, making the calls. And building a system that safeguards quality, with a design system AI agents can read and documented decisions. Architecture stays with engineers.

AI is part of my daily work: document analysis, research, design in Figma, development and automation. I frame tasks, guide iterations, make trade-offs and check the results.

My custom AI harness brings together project context, instructions, tools and automation. I adapt it to the work, using Codex, Claude and different models depending on the task. I regularly test new tools and refine my methods based on what works in practice.

I also design and develop my own full-stack applications with AI. This helps me understand development constraints and makes my discussions with engineering teams more productive.
