For this mission, I've supported the startup Wakeo in the complete overhaul of their logistics management tool as well as their website. It is a global project that integrated branding, UI-UX design and dev. It has been accomplished in collab with my friend and colleague Antony Legrand and the dev team of Akaru.

Challenge

  • Understand the commercial challenges of the supply chain and multimodal transport (air, sea, road).

  • Meet the multiple, specific and complex needs of users.

  • Design an "all-in-one" tool integrating numerous functionalities.

  • Propose a design that can be easily updated later.

Solution

  • Close collaboration with the Wakeo team to understand business issues and user needs.

  • Information architecture work to prioritize and organize content.

  • Design of personalized modular components that can be adapted to many use cases , formats and contents.

  • Integration of all structural elements within a design system.
